[ Cooking & Recipes ] Open Question : How to cover a homemade snack bar in chocolate THINLY?
I'm making snack bars from scratch and have made the yummy inside for the bar, but would like to cover it in chocolate. I brought 'chocolate melts' and melted , then just used a spoon to spread it over the bar but it had a very thick layer of chocolate. I would much prefer just a thin layer of choc.
Anyone have any useful hints on how to achieve this?
