[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : If i do cardio without lifting weights?...?

What will happen? I know I won't be ripped, but will my body look decent atleast, like not nasty looking? I'm asking because its very hard for me to start lifting weights again. I gained some fat too, and gotten out of shape. Oh I'm a guy and 17 btw. I for some reason retained some muscle in my arms. Idk why but I just can't get back to weights right. See the end of next week ill be in Vegas, at pool,so if I run of my treadmill for like 45 or 60 minutes? What's the maximum time for that anyway? I want to be fit somehow. I'm not fat to the point were I jingle when I walk, but if I sit down a fat roll comes over my stomach. The fat is only in my stomach, face and chest area. But you can see it stick out a little and it looks like i have man boobs. I'll weight lift later, but can I get a decent look from the treadmill everyday?
