[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Is it possible to lose 40 pounds in 3 months?
Okay, I am a 16 year old female. I am 5'7 and weigh about 185.
My plan:
Morning Workout: (with two 5 pound weights)
-stretch all major muscle groups
-3 sets of 16 walking lunges
-2 sets of 10 regular squats
-2 sets of 5 airborne squats
-3 sets of 10 push-ups
-2 sets of 30 crunches
-2 sets of 15 right-left crunches
-leaving about 30 seconds between each set of reps.
Afternoon Workout: (treadmill)
Sunday: Speed walk with high resistance
Monday: Jog with high resistance
Tuesday: Speed walk with high resistance
Wednesday: Run with high resistance
Thursday: Speed walk with high resistance
Friday: Jog with high resistance.
I am extremely motivated to do this! I am going to cut out all sugary drinks, only water!
I am going to cut down my calorie intake to about 1000 a day, low carbs, sugars, and stuff like this!
I want to know if I can lose 40 pounds in 3 months???
