[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : This is my gym routine?
I'm not sure if my training is correct, I'm 15 years old btw.
First thing I do when I get to gym is go straight to the Flyers, to train my pecs.
10 each set, 5 times.
weight; 65-70kg
After every 10 I do another 10 pushups for each set.
Then I train my biceps,
15 each set, 5 times
I do one arm at a time and I usually do 17.5 kg
Then I go onto work my back,
10 each set, 5 times.
Then afterwards I usually just go hit boxing bags and rumble with my friends in the boxing ring
I've been doing this for about 5,6 months now.
What else should I do to train the perfect body?
