[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : weight loss problems..?
I was 150 pounds and 5 foot 10 female. I started a diet of eating special k cereal every morning, and having a couple snacks of nuts throughout the day. Also doing intense cardio and core strength workouts everyday. After exactly a week i lost 9 pounds. Then last night I ate ribs rice and green beans for dinner and spent the entire night throwing up. Is this only because I hadn't been regularly eating or should I be worried its more serious? My goal weight is 125.
