[ Renting & Real Estate ] Open Question : landlord/tenant issue?

I'm been in my apt for 19 yrs, was assigned to a wrong garage when i moved in which i didn't mind for i can park infront of my bldg next to my stairway. We now have an new property management and i asked them if they reserved this spot for me since i'm 60 yrs old and having knee pain. Our apt complex is situated in a very steep hill. To get into my driveway i had to go downhill and very dangerous. The other alternative is get my right garage close to my Bldg. Their answers are: the open parking spot open infront of your staircase is first come, first serve and they can't just move me to the right garage. This garage is already assigned to other tenant. Also, our apt complex is limited to tenants parking only and no visitors parking. How can i convince the Property Management to designate this parking space for me. Also, across our apt complex (different Prop Mgt) there was a extra parking space designated to their tenants only. I told them about this and why they can't do the same. I send them a letter regarding this issue and no luck. Do i need to consult a Real Estate lawyer?
