[ Vegetarian & Vegan ] Open Question : Are eggs 3 times a week for vegetarians healthy and pb and j 4 times a week?
For lunch I want to have a one egg veggie (onions, a teaspoon of red chilli pepper, celanthro, green chili pepper) omelette with 2 100 percent whole wheat BIMBO breads (110 cals) that's probably 225 calories or less. My other lunch is smuckers organic peanut butter (1 table spoon) on 2 slices of 100 percent whole wheat BIMBO bread and 1 table spoon Polaner strawberry preserves sugar free with fiber (10 calories per table spoon). It's a 225 calorie sandwich. If i have each every other day (pb and j one day, omelette sandwich the next) is this healthy? I have 2 fruits for breakfast (banana and orange.) Is this a good idea? or should I just have the pb and J everyday since everyone has different opinions on eggs being healthy. SO is this plan healthy and good for me- I'm 5'5, about to be 19 and 125 lbs-losing 5 lbs right now (I exercise everyday, walk 4 miles and am gonna be on a1200 calorie diet til I'm 120 and will then do 1800 calories a day) However this lunch idea is for a lifestyle so is it good? I will get protein from both which I need as a vegetarian.
thanks
