50 Cent to Pen "Playground" Book on Bullying

Last week, 50 Cent was bullying his record label about releasing his new album. This week, the rapper announced he'll be teaching teens about bullying in a new book.
The first-person novel will tell the story of a 13-year-old schoolyard bully "who finds redemption as he faces what he's done." It's scheduled to hit bookshelves in January 2012.
"I had a strong desire to write 'Playground' because I wanted to explore how a kid becomes a bully," Cent said in a statement announcing the book.
"I drew on events from my own childhood and adolescence, but was excited to see the story take on its own life. This book would have been very helpful for me growing up and now that I have a teenage son, it is my goal that this will have a positive influence on all teenagers."
This will be Cent's third book, following his autobiographical best seller From Pieces to Weight in 2005 and his bible for success in life The 50th Law which he co-wrote with Robert Greene in 2009.
