Josh Henderson, who plays J.R.'s son John Ross Ewing in the new Dallas, stops to chat with StarCam at the Classic Film Festival Cabaret Premiere about his character and his heterochromia condition.
"He definitely learned a thing to two about business and about pushing around weight like J.R. did, and so that's kinda all he knows," Josh says about John Ross Ewing. "And he believes it's the right way to do business so you're gonna see a lot of that nasty, J.R. Ewing type of business style through John Ross which is the most fun to play ever."
He was enjoying the festival because rather than cartoons, he did watch a lot of classic films growing up.
Another topic that interviewers often ask him about is his different colored eyes, one blue, and one green. The condition is called heterochromia.
"I call it a genetic defect," he explains. "I'm almost blind in my left eye? growing up I played baseball, so pitchers always thought I was winking at them because I couldn't see, I was squinting."

Bill Wellman Jr. came out to the Turner Classic Film Festival to see the premiere of the restored and digitally re-mastered 1972 film, Cabaret. Since his father was an accomplished director, he was able to give StarCam a little insight on the difference between past filmmakers and present filmmakers!
?My father started actually as an actor in a Douglas Fairbanks Western called The Knickerbocker Buckaroo in 1919?He started to work his way up from a messenger boy. He worked as an assistant director. He worked in the cutting rooms. I mean, he was able to work up and he became a director and?it?s difficult today because there?s unions,? said Bill. ?I?m not knocking unions, but the point is it?s hard to jump from one thing to another. You can?t be an editor and then an assistant director. It?s kind of hard to move into all those areas and my father was able to do that.?
Bill has a solid appreciation and respect for the classics and admitted that every time he sees Cabaret he likes it even more! He complimented Bob Fosse?s choreography and the overall tone of the film. When it was released in 1972, times were relatively good, so the edgy tone of this film got quite a bit of attention. Check out what else Bill had to say about the film, his career and the changes in the industry in the full interview!

Monday night’s episode of The Voice was not only full of fantastic performances, but it had its fair share of shockers as well. Team Blake and Team Christina took the stage in group numbers with their coaches and then battled it out to earn their spot in the top three. Adam Levine also took the stage with his bandmates in Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa to perform thier newest single "Payphone" off of their upcoming album Overexposed. Though the show was full of amazing moments and performances, the instant eliminations at the end of the show left two of America’s favorites heading home. Who did they send? We’ve got the scoop on the show’s highlights for you right here!
RaeLynn from Team Blake has been questioned in the past. She’s young and maybe not as well-practiced as some of the other contestants, but she definitely earned her stay fair and square with her unbelievable rendition of Jason Aldean’s hit song “She’s Country.” Blake said it was the "most proud moment" he’s had for anyone on his team all season and that she just proved to America that country can kick ass!
Jesse Campbell took the stage dedicating his tune to his daughter. “Halo” by Beyonce was maybe not the best song for him, but he definitely performed well. Adam said that his ability is so crazy and that he’s capable of anything. Blake added that no one could say that the performance was anything less than great.
Jordis Unga sang Sara Evan’s song “A Little Bit Stronger” and showed a bit of her vulnerable side. The judges loved it. Blake went as far as to say she did perfect. He used his save a few weeks back to prevent her from being eliminated and this performance was definitely a solid reason for her to be on the stage still, but would the judges keep her for another week?
Ashley De La Rosa sang a song that pretty much everyone out there knows: Jewel’s “Foolish Games.” She started out a little soft, but powered through as soon as the chorus picked up. I think Ashley surprised everyone with this performance. Adam said this performance showed him all the potential that Christina saw in her. Blake also added that Christina’s choice to save her a few weeks back was probably the smartest decision in the competition so far this season.
Erin Willet was a bit of a disappointment for me, but fortunately for her I’m not a judge. She performed Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain” and it could be because Adele is just an amazingly talented vocalist, but Erin didn’t quite do it justice in my opinion. She had some pitch issues and Adam said that there were also some phrasing problems, but her coach Blake enjoyed it and thought she tackled it well!
Lindsey Pavao has a crazy and unique voice, but this was definitely not one of my favorite performances. She sang Katy Perry’s most recent hit “Part of Me” and really switched up the song. Usually that’s an admirable effort, but I wasn’t a fan of her rendition. Christina and Cee Lo hadn’t heard the original song, so they didn’t have a point of reference. I’m pretty convinced that is the reason she was commended.
Chris Mann, the opera all-star, took a different direction this week performing Coldplay’s “Viva la Vida” with a twist. This contestant can do no wrong. His voice is powerful and pretty close to perfection. Christina praised him for stepping out of his comfort zone and for all the growth he’s shown so far.
Jermaine Paul was another amazing performer during the show. He sang a Phil Collins classic “Against All Odds” and owned it. Christina said that he is her favorite on Team Blake and loves the connection he gets to everything he sings. Blake agreed and said that this performance will be one of those that he looks back on as a turning point in his life.
At the end of the show, Christina and Blake were forced to knock one person off of their teams. It was a tough decision, but they had to do it and their choices quite literally shocked the hell out of everyone including their fellow judges. Christina made the difficult decision to cut Jesse Campbell and you can see the absolute astonishment in Adam’s face after she sends Jesse on his way. Blake joins in with another shocker, eliminating the very contestant that he saved just weeks prior. Jordis Unga was sent home despite the fact that Blake said her performance was perfect. Who saw that coming?
Were you bummed when the judges made their eliminations or do you think they were the logical choices? Sound off on your favorites in the comment section below and enjoy some highlights from the show!

Marcus Mumford from that British folk band Mumford & Sons married human Pixie stick Carey Mulligan in the English countryside today in front of a bunch of guests including former homewrecker hero Sienna Miller, Jakey Gyllenhaal and Colin Firth. That dizziness filling your head is your blood sugar levels rising from the word twee fucking you hard after reading that last sentence. I mean, Carey Mulligan and the dude from Mumford & Sons (or as Jezebel so perfectly puts it, "the Sith Michelle Williams and Jason Segel") barfing out their love for each other in a country wedding?
I bet their dancefloor is a field of wild flowers and they're dancing barefoot like a bunch of rich hippies as a dude wearing a tweed three-piece suit plays the harmonica while sitting in a tree. I can practically hear the laughs from blonde little girls in white cotton fairy princess dresses chasing fireflies around. I'm sure all their wedding pictures were taken with an accordion camera and Carey and Marcus will leave the wedding reception on a wooden wagon pulled by a pony with a flower wreath on its head. A British Knott's Berry Farm mess.
UsWeekly says that Marcus and Carey have been together a little over a year, but they knew each other as children. Marcus and Carey became pen pals through their churches. I know, they're just too much. From childhood church pen pals to getting married in a country wedding? I'm pretty sure I've already that story and I'm pretty sure it was written by the lady who wrote Anne of Green Gables.

Simon Rex, aka Dirt Nasty, was representin' on the red carpet of the Waiting for Lightning premiere when he talked to StarCam's Jennifer Tapiero about his new comedy rap album.
But first, they share an awkward moment where they compliment each other's green eyes!
"I got an album I'm doing with Andy Milonakis and this guy Riff Raff called Three Loco," Simon says. "It's a comedy album we're working on? it's already done, it's really funny, with Diplo, and all these sick producers."
Why did they decide to do a comedy rap album?
"There's not enough fun in music anymore," he explains. "We're just trying to bring the comedy."
He also explains why he decided to get into the rap game.
"Spare time, nothing to do, sitting around bored," he says. "Let's do some stupid rap. Now we're touring all over, it's crazy."
Be on the lookout for Dirt Nasty's upcoming shows in Vegas and Texas!
