The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has refused to classify The Human Centipede II (Fulll Sequence), effectively banning the film in the UK. The Board claims the Centipede sequel poses “a genuine risk” to viewers and possibly violates national obscenity laws.
"There is little attempt to portray any of the victims in the film as anything other than objects to be brutalized, degraded, and mutilated for the amusement and arousal of the central character, as well as for the pleasure of the audience,” the Board explained.
Not surprisingly, Human Centipede director Tom Six is furious at the BBFC’s decision, arguing that viewers should decide for themselves whether or not to see the sequel.
"Apparently, I made an horrific horror film, but shouldn't a good horror film be horrific?" Six wrote. "My dear people it is a f****cking MOVIE. It is all fictional. Not real. It is all make-belief [sic]. It is art. Give people their own choice to watch it or not. If people can't handle or like my movies they just don't watch them."
Though millions were shocked and horrified by the original Human Centipede, Six has said that the first film is “like My Little Pony” compared to part two.
The Human Centipede (2010) is the twisted tale of a German doctor who kidnaps three tourists and joins them surgically, mouth to anus, forming a "human centipede.” The Human Centipede II is the story of a man who becomes sexually obsessed by a DVD of the original film and decides to repeat the experiment.
Though no official release date has been announced for the United States, Tom Six recently told Entertainment Weekly that The Human Centipede II would be out “after the summer.”
Check out the sequel's teaser trailer below. Don’t worry, it’s pretty tame and there aren't any human centipedes. Is anyone interested in seeing this film?

A day after her entire forthcoming album hit the Internet three weeks before its release date of June 28th, Beyonce has spoke out to address the matter.
The Grammy Award-winning singer, whose highly-anticipated "4" record illegally made its way to numerous places on the Web yesterday, seems to be looking at the positives of having such an in-demand item.
The 29-year-old musician released a statement on her Facebook page earlier today (June 8), in which she wrote, "My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans."
Beyonce graciously added, "When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat. I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs."
