It was a happy Thanksgiving for Jake Owen and his wife Lacey Buchanan, as they welcomed their baby girl in to the world in Nashville on Thursday (November 22).
The country crooner announced the birth to his fans via Twitter, enthusing, ?Today is the greatest day of my life. Welcome Olive Pearl Owen. 6lbs 3 oz Turkey Baby!!! Happy Thanksgiving."
As for what they've named their child, the newborn bundle of joy will go by Pearl in honor of Owen?s late grandmother.
Over the moon about his fatherly role, the ?Barefoot Bluejean Night? singer told People, "We are looking forward to teaching Pearl everything we learned from our parents and also learning from her."
