Malcolm McDowell to Receive Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

British actor Malcolm McDowell, 68, is the latest celebrity to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Reed Diamond, and Garcelle Beauvais, McDowell’s co-stars on the TNT series Franklin & Bash, will join Malcolm, Gary Oldman, and Rob Zombie for today’s 11:30 a.m. unveiling ceremony. Malcolm’s star, the 2,465th plaque to grace the Walk of Fame, will be located at 6714 Hollywood Boulevard, right in front of The Pig n’ Whistle British Pub.

With a career spanning over four decades, Malcolm McDowell is receiving his star in the category of Motion Pictures. However, the actor has also amassed an impressive body of television work. The highly versatile McDowell has starred or appeared in such TV shows as Entourage, The Mentalist, Heroes, Psych, and CSI: Miami, to name a few. Though he is best known for his roles in the controversial films A Clockwork Orange, Caligula, and O Lucky Man!, Malcolm has starred in dozens of other films in addition to working as a voice-over artist.
